I needed to re-list Red Penstemon flower essence in my Etsy shop because they downgrade the visibility of people’s shops if items don’t sell well. I don’t care if everything I sell is a hot seller—I know that several of the flower essences I offer are for very specific purposes, not useful for all people. But Etsy being Etsy does not think that way, so every so often I need to re-list an item so their bots see those products as “new” rather than “duds” that aren’t deserving of having visibility on their site.
So, yes, I AM building a Shopify shop to keep from having my time wasted with strategic countermeasures on Etsy. But that’s A LOT of work with a steep learning curve so that brings me back to Red Penstemon.
I have never tried Red Penstemon because I didn’t think I had a reason to use it. This flower essence is useful for determination and resolve but, particularly so, when it comes to taking physical risks of any sort. “Mama Love” here is a couch potato. There is nothing more that I like better than cuddling up with my cats and my partner Paul and never taking physical risks at all. So why would I need Red Penstemon?
Because physical risks cause me anxiety? And the physical (financial) risks and work of creating a new shop and transitioning from Etsy to a standalone shop of my own has been giving me fits? Maybe so!
So I decided to give Red Penstemon a try and I liked it. It’s somewhat grounding but mostly feels like it brings me into my core and helps me feel stronger, more capable of taking this risk and making it work step by step.

Flower essences are used to assist with mind-body-spirit interactions and individual results may vary. They are extremely dilute which makes them quite safe. But because so little physical substance can be detected in a flower essence solution, these products are presumed to work on an energetic or vibrational level—something that cannot be adequately tested by western scientific methods. Claims made by me, therefore, are based on personal experiences and the evidence of the combined multiple decades of case notes by Dr. Edward Bach as well as Healing Herbs and Flower Essence Services (the companies who make the ingredients I use in my products). This is not, however, accepted medical evidence or substantiated scientific evidence from a modern allopathic point of view. I am not a medical doctor or licensed healthcare practitioner.
