Two different people ordered Alpine Lily near the beginning of the year. This is not typical so I am assuming it’s a New Year’s resolution and that resolution would be one dear to my heart: learning to embrace and love yourself as a woman. That is what I hope for ALL my customers—most of you being women. But the person who needs Alpine Lily specifically has had a particularly hard time doing that.
When I think of Alpine Lily, I think of a small delicate flower, vulnerable—not like most lilies which are considerably bigger and more dramatic. This one has the same impressively-beautiful bold-colored flowers but are, at the same time, more ethereal. The flowers have a cup-like shape and face up to the sky, unlike Tiger Lilies (which they resemble in miniature) that tend to hang down. They have a kind of leggy appearance as the blossoms reach out from spindly yet upright stems.
The person who needs Alpine Lily often expresses the same tendency to be other-worldly or spiritually-focussed, so much so that they sometimes seem disconnected from their bodies. But, more specifically, they tend to be women (or men) who feel disconnected from their femaleness (or feminine side). As women, they often don’t like having been born into a female body (although they don’t necessarily feel like they want to be male). They would just prefer to ignore that aspect of life (especially reproductive function and sex) and are not fully embodied.
This can, in some cases, be because of earlier messages taken in from their family or greater culture. Perhaps actual abuse. In any case, the disconnect can even go as far as thinking of female bodily functions like menstruation as lower or something to be shunned.
Alpine Lily flower essence is used for helping to heal the disconnect and learning to integrate one’s spiritual focus with full embodiment and embrace of one’s female form.

Flower essences are used to assist with mind-body-spirit interactions and individual results may vary. They are extremely dilute which makes them quite safe. But because so little physical substance can be detected in a flower essence solution, these products are presumed to work on an energetic or vibrational level—something that cannot be adequately tested by western scientific methods. Claims made by me, therefore, are based on personal experiences and the evidence of the combined multiple decades of case notes by Dr. Edward Bach as well as Healing Herbs and Flower Essence Services (the companies who make the ingredients I use in my products). This is not, however, accepted medical evidence or substantiated scientific evidence from a modern allopathic point of view. I am not a medical doctor or licensed healthcare practitioner.
