Tonight’s Relaxing Herbal Iced Tea

The tea I’m drinking tonight is iced and is a combination of Hawthorn leaves and flowers, Tulsi (Holy Basil), Red Clover, Red Rose Petals, and Hibiscus. All of these ingredients are used for fighting inflammation and stress. Some are being studied and have a folk reputation for being good for physical and emotional heart health and blood pressure. Some are said to be good for cooling inflamed emotions. I’m finding the combination surprisingly relaxing.
